Virginia Tech has access to Audio-Visual contracts. Please obtain a formal written quote from the Audio-Visual contractor best suited for the job and enter a HokieMart requisition per the quote.

Please refer to the Virginia Tech contract search site and search using the keyword audio to view a list of contracted suppliers.

To use another supplier, obtain a formal written quote from the audio-visual contractor best suited for the job and enter a HokieMart requisition per the quote. However, if the supplier is not on contract, the spend limit is ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Please be sure to use a contract supplier for all requirements expected to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
